Just bought the Dancing with the Stars Workout from Fitness Fly. Thank goodness I didn't pay much. They clearly didn't put alot of time into planning out this exercise video- I think they threw it together to take advantage of the high viewership. Anyway not a total loss, it is fun, not overly strenuous and it works out different muscles than most fitness DVD's. I would definitely not replace any of my workouts with this one. But if I was looking for something fun to do instead of going for a brisk walk, it would be fine. Your heart rate goes up- but stays around 60-70% of target.
