Default Does anyone recommend a SPINNING DVD???

I have a fantastic professional spinning bike because it was so great at the gym but have found that without that instructor up there telling you what to do I am not working myself nearly as much as I used to!

Anyone know of a good spinning dvd that is effective???

I have the same problem. Got a bike just like the ones at the gym. Spinning at home just isn't the same without the blarring music and the instructor calling out positions.
