Default Silly question

I bought 3 10 minute solution dvds and I think they'll be here anyday. I've only done WATP videos so I set my goal for the month at 100 miles. How can I count the 10 minute solutions as miles? Would a podometer be correct with jumping and dancing around. Or should I reset my goal for minutes instead? Or maybe I could do 100 miles of watp PLUS my new videos. That would be wonderful. LOL!

I don't know the correct way to count the 10 Minute Solution dvds as miles-especially not knowing which ones you ordered.

Honestly, I think it is best to count actual miles (either regular walking or WATP dvds) as miles, and then have your strength training/yoga/Pilates/whatever as separate...since they do different things for the body.
