Hey guys, I'm looking for some strength training/toning videos to add to my schedule.
I get lots of cardio. I generally use the elliptical for at least half an hour everyday. My building has me running up and down between the first and fourth floors constantly. I tend to have at least 2 or 3 games of racquetball a week and a day or two of jogging with the dog.
I'm looking to just add some strength training, or abs, or just something besides stretching that I can do at home. I have some resistance bands and have been doing that and the ab sections of SI6, but those are starting to get a bit boring.
