We're getting ready to review this for 3FC in the next week or so, but I'm curious if anybody here has tried it? It looks promising to those who want to get started in traditional weight lifting, but don't know where to start.
I did do her Winning by Losing videos a couple of years ago. I was an intermediate weight lifter, and she nearly killed me.
It was an awesome workout and challenge, though! But that is my only experience working out with Jillian, and am curious if anybody else has tried!
