I did 2 mile tonight. It's the first time I've actually exercised other than my 5 k race in a month. I'm hoping to be back at my 3 mile and up as soon as possible.

I walked the one mile yesterday and had a blast! I love how she has "regular" people on the DVD instead of just fitness models. How cute is Leslie?!

3 FAST Miles for me this morning! Then it was off to the showers so I could take DD to test for her driver's permit. Unfortunately, when we got there, we found out that they are closed on Wed DD was so disappointed! Now I'll have to find the time to take her one afternoon after work before they close at 4:30!

I just 'found' Leslie's dvd's recently. I received one as a gift--the 3 fast mile--and I LOVE it! I even got up early this am and did 1 mile before work!! I have been telling everyone how easy it is to follow, but what a great work out you get. Can't wait to get home and do more later!

OMG! I am so excited to find this forum!!! I am on La Weight Loss and I got Lesley's walking of the Pounds, 1, 2, and 3 miles walks with the water weights in November. I love working out with her! I would love to join this forum please!
I am addicted to QVC and yesterday their Today's Special Value was the Walk Slim set that included 5 DVD's with a total of 14 miles. It also included the resistance band. I had to order it. I have only done 1 mi./15min today as my 2 year old didn't want t permit me to continue, but I plan on squeezing in 2 more mi./30 minutes when DH gets home! WOW I am so excited!

Sally, It's sad, but I've been working at this since the last week of December, 2005! I hit "Onederland" on December 5, 2006. The lowest I got in 2007 was 191, but I gained everything back between October and now. Fortunately, I stayed below 200 (but not by much)! Seeing that number so close has helped give me the motivation to workout more consistently. We'll see how it goes tomorrow when I return to work (I'm a teacher).
MJ: Glad you're so excited about Leslie's workouts! I did 3 Fast Miles this morning and it is DEFINITELY one of my favorites!
Kimberly: You got a DEAL with that Walk Slim set! I bought mine in pieces over the last few months and definitely paid more! It is an AWESOME set with so much variety! You're gonna LOVE it! Keep us posted!

Nice going. Makes the body feel good to be up and moving.
I am back to the routine ( hope this darn knee doesn't start acting up again ) of a 1 mile video in the morning and then a 2 mile video in the evening. Every other night resistance training. I feel so good. My body just loves to walk away the lbs I have tons of her videos and I love them all. Lungs aren't cooperating so as of this time I can't do over 2 to 2.5 miles at a time but what the heck. I am healthier and more fit than I have been in years.
