I used to be a Tae Bo devotee... I liked it when it was just body resistance, and I found that as new equipment has been brought it that it was become unnecessarily expensive and sometimes too complicated for my rhythm challenged body. I am still fond of his older programs, and think they epitomize what a work out video should be: fun, challenging, and effective. I would get up early before school, most days of the week, and would do one of his sets. It made me feel good.
