I was on amazon.com last night, and I found some yoga dvd's that I wanted, and I looked into some of the Prevention DVD's(since some were really cheap like $5). I was going to try the dance one where they have the afro-latin fusion. I liked the dance with Madonna Grimes on FitTV all star workouts, but I was wondering are these any good? Thanks!
