Nice going on the weight loss. Yes, you can see a difference. You just keep going you will be thin in no time at all. Isn't it great to know, you not only will be thin but healthy too.

Those pics are wonderful. There is a difference.

I got up this morning and decided that I didn't want to work out. I hadn't had enough sleep. Well, I was right. It was 2:30! I did go back to bed. I got up at 6 and did the 4 mile Fat Burning walk again.

I went to Walmart today to try and find this. They didn't have it at mine. All they had was the WAT Waist with the weightbelt. I have that one already.

I swear I am going to make my daughter live in a bubble. She was in a car accident tonight. Second one in 6 months. Now she has a cast on her foot a splint on her thumb and a totaled car that we aren't going to get enough out of to get another car.

Oh no! Was it her fault? How did it happen?

Hey, you are missing a cheerleader.

I know, can't figure out why it isn't showing. No wasn't her fault. A man tried to pull from a drive on one side of the road to the drive on the other side of the road. Problem was, my daughter was where she should be on HER side of the road and that didn't seem to bother him until she hit him and her car was totaled. I would have probably punched him in the face except he was so upset and worried that she was ok. I saw the car before I saw her and my heart stopped I swear. Once I saw she was ok I didn't want to go postal on him anymore because he really was concerned. The look on the mans faced showed he knew I had thought about just knocking his lights out lol. He kept saying she is ok she is ok my daughters father was there too and I could hear him telling the man mister leave her alone until she SEES her baby is ok lol. I want to get that video that has the waist thingie with the hand thingies attached.

I'm glad your daughter's okay!

cb - I noticed our Wal-Mart had the one with the waist thingy in the sporting goods section. The one I got was in the CD/DVD section at Wal-Mart in the fitness section. I'm not sure why they have fitness dvd's in 2 different places at Wal-Mart. Of course, Wal-Mart moves everything weekly, it seems. I can never find anything!!

It's cold here today, and I really didn't want to exercise. I was sitting on the couch trying to make up an excuse to not exercise. Well, my will-power won out and I did the High Calorie Burn (2 mile). Yeah!

i have to say i'm jealous. My wal-marts don't have WATP with Abs, WATP with weights, or anything like that. or if they do its in some mystical place where i've yet to discover LOL. but the i realised Canadian wal-marts are severly lacking.

I though do have a lot of WATPS already, Watp abs and weights, the Power Series collection, five mile, 1 mile jog (in the mail), Walk Slim Series (minus really big miles).... I LOVE Leslie i lost 55lbs with her
