She's the one with the long blonde hair (well shoulder length) and has this hourglass figure.

She is a walk leader who, with Carol, started the Pittsburgh 250 & fit.

Hi Ladies,
I've just started doing Leslie's videos, so I thought I'd jump in. I have been going to an exercise class on Mondays and Wednesdays for about a year, but need to kick the exercise up a notch. I work 2 jobs and never seem to have the energy and time to do anything additional. I just made a commitment this week to exercise on the days I don't have Zumba. I bought a WATP set at Wal-Mart this weekend with the hand weights and a dvd with the Get Up and Get Started (1 mile), the High Calorie Burn (2 miles) and the Super Fat Burning (3 miles).
On Saturday, I started with the Get Up and Get Started. On Sunday, I did the High Calorie Burn. I also got up early on Tuesday morning and this morning and did the High Calorie Burn. This is HUGE for me because I am not a morning person (and it's been cold!). I figure if I get up and get it done first thing, I don't have to worry about where else to fit it in. I hope, I mean I'm going to keep getting up on Tuesdays and Thursdays to get my exercising in.
Thanks for letting my join in! I really need all of the accountability I can get!

Well, I wasn't going out to do errands at lunch today. However, after reading what ksk said about a set at WalMart, I think I'm out the door.
How much was it?

The set had one dvd with the 3 workouts listed and the hand weights that you fill up with water. It was under $14. Right now it is the only WATP dvd they had at my Wal-Mart. I really enjoy what I've done so far.

Karen, thanks for this. I got one at Target a while back. It has 5 miles and uses the belt, stretchie and 2 lb slip on weights. The 5 miles are compilations of her other workouts that use those things. You can do them in separate segments or all at once.
I haven't seen that one at my WalMart. Where is yours?

My Wal-Mart is in Kansas. And the workouts on the dvd in my set seem to be from 2001. I had the High Calorie Burn one on a VHS that I got at a garage sale. All 3 are separate workouts. It would be nice to be able to do the workouts as separate segments or several together!
