Well, school starting has totally put a stop to my workouts this week I did get plenty of ped steps, though (12,000-22,000 each day since I started back on the 21st)! Today I took advantage of no one being home and did 3 Fast Miles. It felt great !

Today was a loooooong day, and my food was maybe not as good as it could have been, but I did do 1 mile Express with the stretchy band and I ran around the park for a good while with my niece.

I'm hoping I can get back OP with my food tomorrow. Right now, that's really what's killing me.

I did Yoga Walk this morning! It felt great to do those stretches! I may have to look into more yoga workouts. Anyone know anything about You Can Do Yoga?

You Can Do Yoga is a great beginner video! Leslie goes through all the poses and the proper forms very thoroughly, and it moves at a slow, relaxing pace.

1mile Express again today for me. I'm going to ATTEMPT 2mile tomorrow. NOT Express.

Today I chose Walk Away Your Waistline, but I used double bands on my ab belt! I'm trying to follow this month's Walk Diet (from Leslie's site) and see if I can get back to the 180's, which I have done in more than 5 years!

Well, I kind of jumped in last month and then disappeared because of an out of town funeral and while gone, found out I am pregnant (still really early)!

I'd still like to stick around though..although, I will no longer be trying to lose weight...I guess I'll have to change my ticker!

Yesterday I did the 30 Minute Walk and today I did the Evening Mile (afternoon) then took a 35 minute walk outside this evening! I am SOOOO tired....we'll have to see how it goes....although, each time I exercise, I end up feeling 10x better!

CONGRATS on the pregnancy!

I did 3 Fast Miles this morning, and a 30 minute strength training workout this evening.

Cassie, does the 3 Fast Miles have jogging or "boosted walking" in it? How long is it? I'm trying to get some new DVD's in my collection that are low impact and a bit shorter than the video's I've been doing over the past few months.

Also, can you, or anyone else tell me about the express walks..I only have the 4 Mile Super Challenge but am wondering how the other ones are....I'm assuming there is no boosted walking in them??? Also, I think I saw somewhere they use the stretchie??

Thanks!

Hey there! 3 Fast Miles doesn't have boosted walking (jogging), but it comes with a 2 mile walk that does have jogging intervals. The 3 fast miles is about 45 minutes long, but it's funner than most other 3 miles...they have grapevines, even mambos! It's pretty fun and goes by very, very fast. The interesting part is when she lets Mary Kay lead...but it's not that great because Mary Kay doesn't have a microphone, so you can't hear her, lol!
Still, I recommend it.
The express walks..I have all of those, and there are no jogging intervals in them..but they do all use the stretchie band...well, I know the 2&3 miles do, I haven't used the 1 mile. Have you used Walk & Jog or Walk & Kick? They're interval workouts, and I really enjoy them.
