Thanks for responding to my post and detailing the workouts. I've been wanting an alternate choice that works certain areas. I also like having the option of not getting locked into a full routine if time is limited on certain days.
Currently, I use WATP (for cardio) and have just returned to using Callen Pinckney's , "Callenetics" in the evening (very relaxing!). It appears that Tamilee's video is the ticket!
