Default WATP 4 mile Super Challenge. . .Now what?

Ok, i try to swap DVD's every month. I've gone from WATP 1 mile to the 4 mile Super Challenge. What would be the next DVD i should buy from her series?

Also thinking of adding the Turbo Jam to the list but i don't want to get too much since i can only do one at a time anyway.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Amy

Did you try her walk / jog? I love the 4 mile super challenge and thought that I'd be able to do any of her workouts after that, but the walk / jog is an intense workout. She also has a couple that involve weights and those are great too.

Good Luck,

C.

MissyCrissy,
I have not tried those but they sound good. I did a little research and found that she has these out:

5mile Walk at home (with hand weights)
WATP Super Fat Burning
WATP Walk and Kick
WATP for abs: 3 miles
WATP walk and jog

I may defintely look into the walk and jog. Is this her entire series of videos?

Thanks,
Amy

I would recommend the 5-mile walk - there are 2 very brisk walks on there and you have the option of mixing and matching the miles to tailor it to your needs and moods. I just ordered the Walk Slim series - I hear that there are some new steps and the workouts are more vigorous.

I would second that recommendation. I LOVE her new 5-mile walk DVD.
