Ordered Turbo Jam the 1st set , any suggestions for me? I have never used a dvd

I have never exercised with a dvd, any suggestions would be great, my house is really small,and I am going to have to move things around to be able to move, and I am hoping it will be ok. I got the turbo jam cardio party( first one) and the one that goes with it firm abs and something else. It will get here in 2 wks, I will post how I like it, but any suggestions in the mean time would be great. At the present I exercise using a elliptical and doing free weights, leg exercises and crunches. I am very uncordinated, and do not dance. so please suggest any ideas you have. Tia Cheryl

Hi you will like working with EX DVDS they are so personal, you do not have to worry about how you look or any body watching you. You will have to work hard on disciplining your self. Mark your work outs on a calender. Good luck!
