I just ordered two tae-bo dvds online this morning. I ordered the 30 - minute workout and the bootcamp for lower body workout. I am really excited to get started on them. I have never done tae-bo before but after reading how much everyone likes the workouts and I do not think that I read that anybody did not like the workout, I knew that I had to give them a shot.
I will post again in the future how I found the workouts.
The two dvds came in the mail yesterday. This morning I tried the lower body boot camp one. It was challenging to say the least. I am sure that I was not doing some of the kicks properly. I did like it though. My plan in to do this dvd for a week and then next Tuesday change to the other dvd so that I do not get bored. That is a big problem with me. If I do not see results, then I get bored and give up.
I will post later if there are any results in the future or not.
