Hi! My favorite training DVD is " THE LOOK;Target toning for everyone". I like it because it is low impact and you get great results. I have been doing for over a year. I would like to know if anyone else can suggest any other strength training DVD with low impact (my ankles are a little bit weak)???
I like The Hollywood Workout. The presenters/instructors are a bit annoying but the workouts are good - there is three 20 minute sections for different areas so you should be able to find that one that works with your ankle problem.
