Default Standing exercise videos?

Does anyone know of any good, beginner exercise videos that do only standing exercises and NO floor exercises? With 3 kids, if I get in the floor I immediately become "prey." LOL

TIA!

You could try Leslie Sansones Walk Away the Pounds videos. They were easy for me to start with and I have bad knees. I can actually stick with them.
