Karen, I think most of us are all or nothing people. I am certainly on the diet. Probably on the exercise too if I'm honest. But some is better than not. That's what I'm trying to accept with the dieting. I'm not being bad - just so-so. Well so-so is much better than pigging out. We'll get there I'm sure. Maybe when we're 90.
I did the 4 mile Walk Slim and .6 miles jogging on the treadmill this morning. Yesterday was the 4 mile Walk Slim and 1/4 mile swimming after work.
