Default "The Firm" Body Sculpting System 3

Any body have The Firm Body Sculpting System 3? I'm back to incorporating exercise videos into my routine. My favorite video is from the Transfirmer series Supercharged sculpting. I have so many videos but I only have so many that I like. So I was wondering if anyone had the Body Sculpting System #3? It came out sometime late last year.

Oh I have a transfirmer. I have the transfirmer series, which I love. I also have body sculpting system 2. I just ordered body sculpting system 3 and I'm looking forward to it

I have the old Fanny Lifter. Is the new series really that much better? How many different workouts can you get for the system? I remember looking at it once and thinking, with how often I would want to change up my workout, that it would be expensive!

Well I bought the transfirmer series and step for $50. So I got 4 workouts and a step. Then I bought the BSS2 for $25? It had 4 workouts. Then I just bought BSS3 for $30 and it has 3 workouts. I have a nice rotation available to me with just the transfirmer series and BSS2 but I love the workouts so I figured I'd splurge on 3 more DVDs for $30. That seems like an average price for workout DVDs.

I bought mine from Overstock.com although you can buy it used from amazon.com

Here it is at amazon

I haven't received it yet but I think you will either need their step or the transfirmer. I have the transfirmer which I think is more versatile overall. You could also modify to use a regular step but the transfirmer series uses incline position and I'm guessing this series does as well.

The DVDs from the Body Sculpting System 3 arrived yesterday. Although I think there are some potential advantages to using the adjustable step that comes if you buy the entire system, I had no problem doing 1 of the DVDs with my Transfirmer. They do take advantage of the incline position which is easy to do with the Transfirmer.

I am looking forward to trying out the other 2 DVDs as well.

I've tried all 3 now and they are pretty good. I think my favorite series is still the Transfirmer series. They are definitely a good addition to my current rotation though.
