Default Turbo Jam vs Tae Bo?

Hi guys, I have read many threads concerning turbo jam, and have bought one of their dvd's (it contains Cardio party 1 and Ab Jam) but I have never tried Tae Bo.
Now, I am not normally a fan of exercise videos but I really like turbo jam's moves in Cardio Party..however, due to a medical condition I cannot do the licks. So, I skip this section.
Are kicks a big part of Tae Bo? Is tae bo as fun as turbo jam? Is it harder? I probably can't do a pace much harder than Cardio PArty (I am extremely unfit)

What do you think? recommend or no?

In every Tae bo video you kick, but you can just punch or twist your waist instead. As you've seen in the Turbo jam video, Ana Rita doesn't kick high like the others either, and she still lost 75lbs.

Does Turbo jam have better cueing than Tae-Bo? I like the some of the Tae-Bo videos but I find they have poor cueing sometimes, do more reps on one side than on the other and sometimes are way too fast which can compromise form IMO. Is TJ like that too?

it is true that will tae bo that it is sometimes too fast and its hard to get good form, and there are alot of times where you will do more reps on one side, and then sometimes you wont work the other side at all lol. Its a good workout though and it is far few and in between on the mis rep. I dont know about Turbo Jam, but I am thinking of buying hip hop abs.
