OOoh I bought the Ultimate lower body workout and it kicked my butt 15 minutes into the tape. Sheez, I've never been so worked out! I love it. I'm excited about it so I'm glad it's a good workout.
have you ladies actually noticed a difference in results between doing tae-bo regularly vs. another type of exercise?
I have a limited amount of time to workout and I'm looking for something that will give me the best results in the time I have available... tae-bo seems like it would fit the bill - any input?
When I first started doing taebo, my thighs were noticeably smaller after a couple weeks and my butt perked up a bit too. I feel like I get a great workout after I do it too. Ultimate Bootcamp is my favorite.
I haven't been using taebo long enough yet to see results,i do feel alot better and i'm getting more flexable.i have seen great result from other people that have used it.
I do tae-bo at the moment, one of his older videos. I wanted to invest in AMPED, but I don't know anyone who has used them. Are they any good? I do love this tape, though the music gets to me, so I keep it down and turn my own up. I know the tape so well I can almost do it on my own--a new one is in order. Amped?
I have the Ripped Series. It's great because there are two basic workouts on one DVD and two advanced workouts on a second DVD. I finally managed to get through the 1st basic workout without stopping the tape today. I have an eliptical that doesn't make me sweat nearly as much as Billy Blanks!! In a week or two I'm going to put the advanced DVD in and work my way through that.
I just ordered the basic and advanced boot camps on Ebay. I can't wait to check them out! I also have a few other advanced tapes - I can't remember the names. I had to work through the basics first though. I HATE to exercise and usually find any excuse not to do it. But if I let myself go, I get into the counting, clapping, and cheering and ENJOY myself. Pretty weird huh?
Seagreenwater- I ordered the AMPED series last week. They should arrive soon. I will let you know once I get them. I only have one of his older DVD's, so we'll see how I like it.
I am new here but an old friend of Taebo. I received Tae Bo AMPED in March and it is really great. The bar is a bit different. The bands are great as well with Tae bo Elite and Bootcamp. I like the variety to shake up the muscles and give them something to think about.
