Default turbo sculpt- weight?

Hi all.

I have turbo scuplt and haven't done it yet... I don't have dumbells, and I'm going to make a trip to the store tomorrow so I can start doing it, becuase it looks great.

If any of you do this workout, can you give me an estimate of what weight dumbells you use? I'm pretty strong so I want to make sure it's "enough," but since I'm just starting out with that particular video I don't want to use too much weight.

Any suggestions?

I started with 3, then switched to 5 on my third use, after I had learned the moves. I would suggest you start with 5 at first, and if you're rather strong, you could probably move to 8 quickly. There are some moves (i.e. bicep curls) for which I know I could use 8, and I'm not very strong.

5 & 8 pounds. It goes a little fast so I don't go as heavy as I would with other workouts.

I started with 3kg/6lbs and now I'm at 5kg/10lbs. As long as you feel it burn, then you're at the right place.
