I have been a "follower" of 3fC for a few years now. I really need support and motivation so I thought I would join the forum. i have never belonged to anything like this before although every member of my family has various sites they belong to.
My weight loss history: Heaviest 186 (217 when pregnant) Was 165 for about5 years, lost 20lbs 145 for 4 years then went a little over board to my Lightest weight 117(way too skinny-very unrealistic to maintain as I like to eat) Ideal weight: 125 I had maintained this weight for two years however ihave put on 7-10lbs over the last year. I am having a hard time motivating myself to get on the wagon again . My personality is such that I am afraid that if I can't get back on the wagon I will get back to a size 12 again! i welcome all the advice and motivation. How do I get one of those cool weight trackers?
