Default New too

Hi!
About 3 years ago I was at goal (115). I lost the weight thru exercise alone and when I stopped exercising I gained most of the weight back. This time I`m following the Wendie Plan and I`m exercising on the elliptical trainer at home.
I`m living in Japan, so it`s hard to get low fat foods or substitutes, so I do the best that I can.

I'm going to pipe in with a welcome and a vote for real food. I eat very plainly. A piece of fish or chicken .... a vegetable or salad ... a fruit. I do use low cal dressings and low fat cottage cheese but you can probably work around that.

QueenofChiba (love the name BTW) I agree with Susan, whole and healthy foods rather than low fats and substitutes are 1000% better I still use full fat dressings and cream in my coffee , I just use less of it and measure all the time ... I thought Japan was good for their fish in sushi and stuff

Thanks for the welcome! Sure there`s lot of fish and sushi but I don`t want to eat it everyday-especially the fish because it`s usually not a fillet and it`s very difficult to eat(I`m lazy!). I mostly cook "American".

About my name-my friend gave it to me years ago-it means I`m Queen of the roads here in Chiba prefecture. I know all the shortcuts, etc. and I can drive anywhere.
