I'm feeling shockingly awake today - I'm bored but awake! I just don't really like Fridays cos we just don't do much!
We don't do much anyway, but we do even less on a Friday!
Day 7 of BfL - not seen any scale or inch improvements yet, but am still 2 HIIT workouts and 2 weights workouts shy of completing the week! I guess starting on a rest day doesn't really help!
Anyway, I'm going to catch up on 1 HIIT and 2 weights tonight in the gym. I did that last Friday and really enjoyed myself - took a couple of hours, but it felt good.
Eating's been pretty clean yesterday and today. I'm starting to eat a bit more bread - which I'm not sure how bad or how good it is!!! On one hand, it's processed carbs, on the other it's healthy wholegrain bread and I DO need some carbs to fuel my workout! I think limiting to 2 or 3 slices a day (a BfL portion is 2 slices
) is probably wise.
