S/C/G: SW:226/16st - about 50lbs lost

Height: 5'8"

Default Wednesday (26th) to Tuesday (1st) Clean Eats Challenge

As requested

Scrapping today - decided to have a few more carbs. I don't think a cheesey white bread roll counts as "clean"

Yesterday - slightly high in carbs for what I'm aiming for at the moment, not enough veg, but not too bad really. Considering this was a "free-ish" day!

1937kcals (a nice spike, probably the first time I've been over 1800 all week), F18%, c 50% and P 32% not bad but no cigar!

Today I have home made turkey burgers, shakes, cottage cheese, and other yummy stuff Oh and some peanut butter and banana bars

Averages about the same. Carbs a little high yesterday, probably due to my dinner centering around some mac & cheese (fun food) .. still need protein!

Too much ice cream and a beer made yesterday ... not clean! And it threw my protein % out of whack!

I guess I can't call it "clean" if I drink a glass of wine (or two) with dinner. (I can't say that I've delved into the ice cream!) But besides that, I've been clean for 5 days and back to my pre-vacation weight. A couple more days and I can start adjusting my ticker!!!!

Yesterday 1445 kcals (What's going on with this? I need MORE FOOD!!!!!)

F 22% (bit low) C 39% and P 39% Clean apart from one wholewheat cracker, which I suppose isn't disasterous since it was post-workout!

Good morning! Jenfrus, you've just been hanging around with me and Ilene long enough that around 1400 cals seems good

I'm off to work this morning. I've been invited to do something called admits for locals in day surgery ... Shrug ... cataracts? deviated septums? guess I'll let you know this afternoon when I get home.

Not much time for snacking in that department

Morning! Last night we went to marry off a very special niece. This gal is sooo awesome! She about as big as a minute, beautiful blue-eyed blonde. Has her own business and drives a brand new vehicle. We couldn't quite figure out what was wrong with all the fellows around . Last fall she met up with a fellow who was in her 9th grade class. They are both 30. Darling pair! So cute, so in love!
Well worth the few glasses of wine and squares etc
I'm off to work this morning and we have some residual next day after a wedding family stuff this afternoon but then ....
Come on Ilene ... it's back on the wagon!

Friday - clean with post workout carbs, but they upset my tummy a bit.

Saturday - started off clean, subway sandwich for lunch then a cream tea in the afternoon and chinese for dinner (lemon chicken with 1 spoon of egg fried rice!) plus 2 Red Bulls. I felt like I did ok, even though I didn't choose too healthily - but I definitely didn't overeat and I felt well!

Sunday - pineapple and melon, 1 fried egg and about 3 slices of toast for breakfast. I picked up a croissant but it was hugely soggy, and I picked up bacon but it was cold!!! Lunch was a Rolo milkshake at macD's with a fruit bag!!!! Afternoon tea - 1 scone with jam and cream, then a bag of mixed nuts and dried fruit. THEN it went a bit wrong! We called at a petrol station and there was only junk. I had a flapjack, and some crisps (chips) and a HUGE bag of malteesers. BUT that was dinner, so I didn't feel like I did too badly, especially since I didn't have ice cream when I could've done, or candy floss or a million other things. I didn't feel over full or sick or anything, so I think I did ok. Oh I did come home and eat a few biscuits, but never mind! I haven't had a big breakfast this morning since I'm still not very hungry.

Anywhoo, today will be ok, I'm back to eating veggies with every meal and things. I'm not training today since I only had about 3 hours sleep on Saturday night (morning), but I do have a kiddies class this evening. I think I might just do boring things with them! I can't be bothered to be creative!!!

I am so proud of myself! I managed to do the whole weekend without any fast food. DH went to Burger King on Saturday and got burgers for everyone, but I asked him to leave me out of it. Instead, I had a cup of sliced strawberries with some blueberries and raspberries thrown in. A cup of plain yogurt over the fruit and half a cup of high protein cereal on top of it all. It was wonderful and I didn't gain an ounce all weekend!!!!!
Two whole days of eating clean.
