1. What's your top weight, current weight and target?
Top weight - 135; current weight - 130; target - 120.
2. How tall are you?
5'5"
3. What's your family situation?
Just graduated college, and living in NYC about 3 hours south from my family which is... mother on one side, then father, stepmother, and half-sister (she's only 4!) on the other side. My parents still get along VERY very well, and we do our holidays all together. As for my "roommate family," I'm living with a girlfriend from high school and my best friend from college's boyfriend (she's living in a different city, and they used to double-date with my then-bf and I, so I knew him to be a good guy).
4. Where do you live?
Manhattan!
5. One GOOD book.
Japanese Women Don't Get Old or Fat - it's another version of the French Women Don't Get Fat, so tons of advice, personal stories, and recipes. I love reading books about fitness even if I don't necessarily follow the plan they prescribe exactly. As for a fiction read, anything by Jodi Picoult (would have said that even if you didn't, Allison), though I think "The Pact" is one of her best. Or "A Plain Truth."
6. One GOOD song.
Mmm... I love Rascal Flatts, and am hooked on "Skin" lately. Makes me cry, and I love a good cry
7. One GOOD TV show.
Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. Yes, I suppose it's a trashy reality show, but I love it, and besides, it always inspires me to work out and get in the ridiculous shape those girls are in!
8. One awesome food you don't want to live without.
Chickpeas. I mash them for homemade hummus, toss them with other veggies for salads, sautee them with spinach and garlic, puree them to add to homemade marinara sauces and soups... I just love them. And to think I only discovered them a year ago!
9. One weightloss lie you've heard.
That you can eat as much as you want as long as it's a "healthy" food.
10. The best tip you've received with regard to long lasting slimness.
Constantly doing some type of exercise while watching TV. Leg lifts, situps, pushups... anything simple, but it still allows you to relax while not turning you into a couch potato!

Well, I think I'm going to move in to this board since I have under 15 lbs left to lose. . . so, here goes:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. What's your top weight, current weight and target? Top weight when I started at 3FC was 157. I'd say I was a little over 160 when I really got serious. Currently I'm 143. My target weight is 130. So. . .
157/143/130
2. How tall are you? 5'9"
3. What's your family situation? I live with my fiance here in Chicago. My immediate family is several hours away, depending, but they all do live in the midwest. 4 hours is the shortest drive, 15 hours is the longest.
4. Where do you live? Chicago
5. One GOOD book. Scarlet Pimpernel
6. One GOOD song. My music tastes change constantly. There is no one song that I would really like to post here and have it define me. Two weeks from now I'd probably hate that song.
7. One GOOD TV show. Boston Legal
8. One awesome food you don't want to live without. ice cream
9. One weightloss lie you've heard. You can spot reduce.
10. The best tip you've received with regard to long lasting slimness. Nothing tastes as good as thin feels.
