Crash diets work. You know those diets where you like eat nothing for a couple of days and lose weight. Yeah, it's just going to pile back on when you start eating again.

Everything in moderation. My mum told me this one and I believe it's right! Allow yourself to eat everything you like but don't go crazy with it.

9. One weight loss lie you've heard.
Either juice diets as a whole, or a magazine headline I saw a while back - 'lose thirty pounds of stress fat!'

10. The best tip you've received with regard to long lasting slimness.
Hm. That's also an interesting one. Learning to eat when hungry and not when bored was important. Calories matter, but screwing up isn't the end of the world - you can start again tomorrow. Also, this picture has been a huge source of motivation for me recently. (The caption is 'You don't get what you wish for, you get what you work for'.)
