  • I love surveys. Finally made up my mind to do this...

    1. What's your top weight, current weight and target?
    Top weight was 197 lbs. Actually it was around 200 lbs (that was after I had eaten) but seeing 2-0-0 on the scale is what kickstarted me into a lifestyle change.
    My current weight is 143.8 (although this morning, it read 144.5 but it's my TOM) and that is the smallest I have been since... I don't know, middle school.
    My goal weight used to be 140 lbs but now I think it's going to be 135 lbs.

    My highest weight ever was about 160, but that was about ten years ago and it was very brief. My current weight is 130. My target weight is 115, but if I find I'm content at 120, I may stay there. I have felt my most comfortable between 105 and 125.

    Weigh yourself regularly, because it's easier to reverse a 2-pound gain than a 20-pound gain!

    Top weight was 149 (although I was 148 when I started), current weight is 131 (honestly, I feel great), goal weight is 120, but my ulitmate goal weight is 110.

    uhhh, no.

    Eat every couple of hours and keep full so you don't binge, drink a lot of water and Gatorade/Crystal Light. Excercise at least a few minutes every day.
