Hi Y'all! I am so glad to have found the featherweight forum! It's some how really reassuring to know that there are other people who have that little bit left to go to meet their goal.
About 18 months ago I lost 26 pounds. In the past 6 months I became very lazy about staying on plan and exercising. Some of those pounds have crept back on and I am recommitting myself to my weight loss plan.
I find y'all so inspirational and motivating! I'm really looking forward to being here.

hi everyone!
i want to join this forum because i want to lose a few pounds and work my way to getting healthier. I'm what they call skinny-fat; i can't walk up the stairs or run without getting winded. i'm working on eating better and have already managed to lose a few pounds. however i'm still struggling with getting motivated enough to exercise. i've decided to start very slowly and work my way up. i did 10 minutes on the treadmill and 10 minutes strength training. i plan on doing that the rest of the week and gradually do more.
i'm looking forward to using this community as motivation!

Hey everyone! I'm new to 3FC and have spent all my free time today learning about the site. I joined the 20 somethings forum but now I'm seeing that I belong more in this group since we're all in the same boat. Those 10-15 pounds fluctuate for me and I don't feel like women who need to lose a lot will be sympathetic. I'm so glad this forum is here. Now I can fit it. Quick question...In the 20 somethings forum they do monthly goals and keep track on here. Is there anything like that for featherweights? Ok, hope to talk to y'all soon. -JILLLLL

Well, we open a chat thread every week. Sometimes we share a special goal or challenge for the week. There's an accounting thread too. I'll find a link and be back.
Here's the accounting thread.
