Goal: maintain under 120 lbs, I don't know if that will happen again if I continue to lift so heavy! I have upped my lifts by over 50%, 20 lb to 35 lb free weights...

I think the heavy lifting is creating the weight gain, I haven't lifted in two days and didn't work out yesterday
