7/9: 125.4 (seems like all the water weight is gone...now to the fat!)
7/10: 123.8
7/11: 125.4 (think the 123.8 was a result of tummy issues and spending a day in the sun drinking alcohol leading to a bit of dehydration; oh well. my goal is 123 so Im not too bothered.)
7/12: 124.6
7/13: 125.4 (ate out yesterday didn't go over calories but may be due to sodium)

Goal- maintain under 120 lbs, I've been lifting heavy at the gym...

July 1: 123 lbs (LS) 17k steps, chest press with 35 lb dumbbells
July 2: 122.6 lbs (LS) 14k steps
July 3: 122.2 lbs (LS) 14k steps
July 4: 121.8 lbs (LS) 23k steps, 2600 cal burned
July 5: 123.4 lbs (LS) I have defeated thermodynamics!!
July 6/7: away, 20k steps
July 8: 122.6 lbs (LS) 7k steps, day off
July 9: 120.4 lbs (LS) 11K
July 10: 120.8 lbs (LS) 10K
July 11: 122.2 lbs home, court for mom (I'm a lawyer, two hours in district court, five hours in car, 4K steps, NY bagel!)
July 12: 122.0 lbs (LS) 17K, went to the gym twice for weights
July 13: 121.8 lbs (LS)
July 14: 121.6 lbs (LS)
July 15: 123.6 lbs (LS) ?
July 16: 123.6 lbs (LS)??
July 17: 123.2 lbs (LS) This is getting frustrating, I exercise daily and track everything I eat and I'm gaining weight
July 18: 123.1 lbs home
July 19: 124 lbs (LS)
