July 2: 122.6 lbs (LS) 14k steps
July 3: 122.2 lbs (LS) 14k steps
July 4: 121.8 lbs (LS) 23k steps, 2600 cal burned
July 5: 123.4 lbs (LS) I have defeated thermodynamics!!
July 6/7: away, 20k steps
July 8: 122.6 lbs (LS) 7k steps, day off
July 9: 120.4 lbs (LS) 11K
July 10: 120.8 lbs (LS) 10K
July 11: 122.2 lbs home, court for mom (I'm a lawyer, two hours in district court, five hours in car, 4K steps, NY bagel!)
July 12: 122.0 lbs (LS) 17K, went to the gym twice for weights
July 13: 121.8 lbs (LS)
