July goal- maintain under 120 lbs
July 1 last year- 119 lbs, I've gained four pounds.
This past month has been hard. I've been stressed out of my mind helping my mom and have been going there every day instead of the gym after work to help with her house. We are off for the summer, so I need to get back on track now.
July 1: 123 lbs (LS) ugh...started today by running and getting to 10k before 10 am

July 2: 118.6 lbs (LS)
.5 hr weights/.5 hr elliptical, ate junk
July 3: 120.6 lbs (LS) ran 30 min, elliptical 50 min, more bread
July 4: 120.2 lbs (LS) burned 500 cal on treadmill, we are heading home
July 5: 119.2 lbs (LS)

I feel like I've been drifting lately... Nothing big happening. Not really watching too closely, but I'm trying to resist the temptation to slack and be lazy. I'm up about 6 lbs from my "happy weight" but it's been awhile since I've seen that...

I haven't been here in a while. I have been traveling a bunch but things are finally slowing down. I have still been weighing in and trying to maintain. I pigged out these past few days but starting back on track today. Now weigh-in today because I feel very pudgy so I am going to give myself today to at least get some of the water weight off and weigh in tomorrow.
July goal : 122 lbs (finally reach my goal weight, been trying since January where I started at 136). Funny note I got braids put in (long with 3.5 bags of hair and forgot to weigh myself before and after so I am subtracting 1 lb from my weigh ins for hair lol)
My plan that always seems to work for me: 900 cals, 30-50 g carbs, daily workouts, if I drink only one glass of wine or champagne (1-3 carbs), 80 oz water per day
