Default Rolling out of the 120's: 2017 Edition

I was so close last year! I got down to 121 in August but by Dec. 30 I was 136.5 So here's to round two!

I am currently using the lose it app and eating back 1/2 my exercise calories and working out 6 days per week.

I started on 1/2 and now weight 129.8.

SW:136.6
CW: 129.8
Goal: 120

1/21: 130 ugh I think I'm going to take a break from weighing everyday and start weighing every 3 days bc its stressing me out. No sure if its my new birth control (just switched to progestin only) making me retain water or the increase in carbs (went from ~30 per day to ~60). feeling really bloated. Im going to cut out my apple and kombucha and see if that helps
1/22: 130.6 (went to womens march yesterday and actually still ate pretty well, didn't drink a lot of water though)
