It's another new month! Good luck reaching and maintaining your goals

Goal- stay under 120 lbs, 118-119 lbs is fine, 10k+ steps daily

10/1: 118.8 lbs (LS)
10/2: 118.6 lbs (LS)
10/3: NWI didn't want to know! I had cake for the first time in ages
10/4: 119.2 lbs (LS)

Hi all. This might be the perfect thread for me. I was in maintenance. And have crept up. I do not say how much I weigh. But I can say each day how much I have until I reach goal. eg first entry:

Oct 17 ... 7 lbs to lose to get to goal
Oct 18 ...

I hope this is okay with people. Because i think logging my loss like this would be very helpful.
