You'll be back before you know it. I'm not actively trying to lose either, just stay under 120 lbs. Tracking daily does help, then you can still catch it and make minor adjustments. Good to see you here

JenFZ09 thanks for the kind words and encouragement. You got it exactly right for me also. I got on the scale on Sunday and it was slightly over 120. That was my wake up call.

Oct 17 ... 6 lbs to lose to get to goal
Oct 18 ... 5.2 lbs to lose to get back to goal
Oct 19 ... 4.4 lbs
