Happy September!
Goal- school is starting so my goal is to continue hitting 10k steps and stay under 120 lbs
I've stopped recording calories since my new phone is a windows phone and I have limited apps available. It's pretty liberating but stressful at the same time. I eat when I'm hungry and try to keep my choices healthy, as always.
