This month has been crazy- I had 2 weeks of stress (1 of lots of company but still working, then 1 with vacation), then the last week and a half I've had migraines from heat and the meds do weird things to my weight. I don't know what my "real" weight is at this point, but it's safe to say it's higher than I started the month. I've not been able to walk and exercise since the migraines started, so I'm out of luck there too. Hoping for better soon!!
