Hello I don't keep track of every weigh in, BUT... as of today 06/30/2016 I am at 231 pounds. In the month of June I've lost 9 pounds. Since October of 2014 I've lost 92 pounds. 51 pounds to my goal.

Not too shabby

Have a good day everyone!

Cool Farewell, Fine Feathered Friends! :-)

I have discovered in my menopause research that fat can help create estrogen, which you need more of (usually) post menopause, which is any time after you've gone a year without a period.

So, I'm going to stop here, at a BMI of 20.1. Thank you, everyone, for helping me get here! It's been a great journey, and I wish everyone well on your road ahead. May God bless you and yours now and always.

This sounds like a great, well sought out plan. Very reasonable! I will miss your inspiration! You've been a great hostess of the Feathers to me as I've gone on my journey from 152 to 102. Don't be a stranger- your encouragement has been instrumental to me!!!

Will I find you in maintainers? I know it's not the same....
