You're so tall and active, it's surprising that 1200 and even more wouldn't result in weight loss for you. I'm kind of a shrimp (5' 2"), and am discovering that, at that height, I can't afford all my "free" calories, more's the pity (literally)!

God bless you, Small! Have you tried giving up wheat? I've heard people have had good luck with stomach issues doing that. I'm sure I've probably asked you about using probiotics before. I hate to see you suffer.
This has been a crazy few weeks. What with the hormonal issues, and trying to clear my head from what I will politely call "allergy issues," the eating has really changed a lot. In some ways it's gotten way better, sleep and health-wise, but the weight has stayed high.
SO...I think the culprit, or maybe the answer, is just making my "free" foods, except for greens, 1/2 cup pomegranate juice, and maybe things like lemon juice and vinegar, not free. We'll keep it at a healthy 1200, and I'm sure that will improve my weigh-ins tremendously!
We won't talk about my high weight for April. I didn't even write down my high weight for April! Because I am seriously dedicated to staying at a reasonable weight, and I know I won't let myself go too high. We're just going to start fresh!

I'm going to be 38...maybe that's it? I weigh everything and keep track of all of my calories, so I know it's accurate. It's fine. I do find it funny when I read things that say eat like 1600 calories to lose. I would gain doing that!
It seems like everyone here is at like 900. It would be great if we were all able to eat the recommended 2000 and not gain. That would be fun!
