Unfortunately I'm going to have to make my July goal the same as my June goal, because that didn't go as planned. So I'd like to be UNDER 138 by the end of July.
Looking forward to another fun month with all of you!
Thanks for starting the thread, and good luck this month!
We are away and I don't have a scale, so who knows until July 5.
We are at a bluegrass festival in Morganton, NC. Yay!
Goal- Anything under 120. Maintain under 120 lbs. On 6/30, 118 lbs on lower scale which is 1 lb lower than my other scale
7/2 119.5 lbs on the scale at Planet Fitness with my clothes on, shoes off. The food in NC is really good. I've been eating stuff I never do, bread and fried potato wedges two days in a row.
7/3 121 lbs ?? Not morning, hope that's why, scale at Planet Fitness
7/4 who knows?!?
7/5 118.4 lbs on my lower scale
I am hoping that my start weight will drop quickly down a few pounds in the next few days, otherwise it means I gained 4 pounds in 5 days = ~2800 calories per day OVER maintenance?? I don't think I was that bad!!
SW 145.6
GW: 139.8
July 1 - No WI
July 2 - 145.6 - nearly back up to where I started in June.
July 1 - No WI
July 2 - 146.2*
July 3 - 143.2 (-3.0) yay water weight be gone
Now to be good at all the bbqs tonight and tomorrow
Good luck to all the U.S. folks here with all the Independence Day temptations! Ugh all the stores have red, white and blue cakes, cookies, etc etc. Looks horrible. I will stick to blueberries, strawberries and some whipped cream, yum

* I updated my start weight to reflect what I saw first on my scale yesterday. My weight always drops through the morning and I have to get back to recording just that first weight.
Official starting weight: 105.8 (last reached goal, 105.65, Sunday, 6/28/15).
Goal for next weigh-in: 105.4
7/1 - 109
7/2 - 108.4
7/3 - 107.4
7/4 - 106.75
Official weigh in, Sunday, July 5: 105.4
It's a Fourth of July weekend miracle! I was completely dejected, because the Weight Watchers scale showed 105.8, and the beautiful-but-treacherous Taylor scale showed 105.6.
Then I remembered the Health-O-Meter scale, and, lo and behold, it read 105.4! More like Happy-O-Meter! So I didn't have to exercise for an hour before breakfast, thank God.
