I have never had a jump up this bad before, and I can't really say why. I had a lot of carbs yesterday, so maybe that is why, including oatmeal for dinner... maybe the oatmeal is heavy and stayed in my stomach. Fingers crossed it is just water weight!
Just checking in really quickly, as have a lot of unpacking to do still. We rented a beach house for the grandson's first birthday party, and took a lot of stuff to stock an entire house for almost a week!
Looks like everyone is doing amazingly well, considering it was a holiday known for major eating. I was surprised to have my high weight (beginning of the week weigh-in weight) lower, this morning, than the week before. Thank goodness there were two sets of stairs at the beach house, and lots of walking around and swimming!
Only lost one tenth of a pound for the week (weight-in was before festivities started), but I'll totally take it, what with the birthday and Memorial Day. Can you say "cake every day," lol?
Glad to be back in the saddle again, my fine feathered friends! I know we are all rarin' to go, now that we've reached the unofficial start of teh summer season.

Ugggghhhh - Has it really been that long since I've weighed in...? Can't blame it all on water weight, sadly. Memorial Day weekend down at the beach. Eating wasn't too bad at all and there was lots of activity, but heck of a rebound when I got back home... Ugh.
Ah, well... 5 more days until the end of the month.
It really bums me out that I sabotage myself on the weekends. I don't even feel like I'm doing too bad.. only like 1 or 2 bad meals all weekend, but it really affects me. And I haven't been able to work out, so that doesn't help either. Oh well! Onward!
