Oh Cinco de Mayo, you are no friend of the scale. (Though I have no excuse since I made Ellie Krieger taco pizzas).
I haven't been feeling well the past few days. I was ridiculously fatigued on Monday, could barely keep my head up. Yesterday was better but not 100%. I was hoping today I'd be back to normal but I'm dragging and have a headache. I've been getting my normal amount of sleep but exercising less due to hip. Attempting a barre class in 20 minutes but those are pretty brutal even when I'm feeling well -- wish me luck!

Thanks HungerWerks, I'm actually eating around 1400-1500 calories a day now. Trying to increase it to reach a maintenance level as I'm kind of content weightloss wise (though still want to reach 118 or even 115 by June 4th!)

Still not feeling well. Besides going to barre class yesterday, I pretty much slept the entire day, and went to bed at 6 pm and slept until 6:30 this morning. I barely ate and I'm still not hungry. While this is convenient for weight loss, I'm finding it very inconvenient to be constantly tired and also a little dizzy, foggy, and forgetful. If I'm not better by Monday I will go to the doctor but all she'll do is tell me to get a mammogram (I'm overdue).
Alexis, I'm jealous that your candy day led to a drop!

Same7 - hope whatever you have passes soon. I had some stomach weirdness going on today as well and couldn't really eat. We'll see if I gain weight from not eating
OK about my weight... I know weight loss is not linear etc etc and I am used to painfully slow progress... but I did think I would drop a bit more before leveling off. The combination of binging on and off for months, getting older, and having an injury that stopped me from exercising for a while has shifted my set point apparently.
I am consuming 1000-1200 extremely healthy calories. I track everything and I have hit every single nutritional requirement even before any supplements (I know the USRDA is not the end all-be all but it gives me a gauge of how healthy I am eating). I have 4 cups minimum veggies per day, usually more like 5-6. Plenty of protein but not excessive (80-100g usually). No processed carbs, no grains. Plenty of fiber (usually over 30-35 g) I'm not hungry...
The thing I am not doing is exercising yet. So much for that "80% of weight loss is diet" rule... I don't think it works when you don't have a lot of weight to lose... at least not for me. It's more like 50/50 in my recent experience! If I'm not exercising I'm not losing. uuuuugh I was planning to wait a couple more weeks and drop a few more pounds before starting Couch to 5K again... just uuuuugh. I hate exercising when I am so out of shape. <<< but that's sort of the attitude that got me where I am now

EmmaD ~ Feel ya on those things you gotta do if you want to lose weight... I can only lose weight by cutting calories. If anything, exercise makes me gain... Ugh.
