I just do cardio and strength training, though I haven't been so faithful to it lately >.< usually 20min HIIT (or just the treadmill, depends on the day) and then just your regular weights! The gym staff sorts out what weights you should do and how much. Right now, my regiment is divided up into leg and arm day. (:

A lot of my "drops" are from the weekends where I can actually weigh myself after I've used the bathroom! I'm a mid to late morning pooper, and so on work days I just go with whatever the scale says in the morning after I pee. On weekends I get the "emptier" weight. lol.
So much craving this week! I don't know what it is mentally, but I'm kinda having to fight myself now that I'm at the last 15 lbs. Ugh. I'm too busy to do anything else besides what I'm doing now- at least that's my story... lol.
So I just had a "sweat whoosh" lol. This morning I was 127, then I went out and ran 8 miles in North Carolina humidity and came back to weigh myself and I am now 125.6. Hehe

So one of the nicest things about losing weight...yesterday I went dress shopping and the last time I put on a dress I was a size 10 and this time I was a size 6 with some room! Also, I can finally wear sleeveless dresses and not worry about how my arms look! So nice

Yay! It IS so nice! I love all things sleeveless and they look SO MUCH BETTER NOW!!! Saying to myself "just keep swimming, just keep swimming" (Finding Nemo). This is so much better, but goal will be AMAZING!!!
Still trying to be good here. I definitely had a higher calorie day earlier this week (first day of period), but have been much better since then. Looking forward to the whoosh I hope to get soon! I'm traveling the next two weekends and I'll not get a good "empty" weight until after that, so just in time for the end of the month weigh in.
I'm also reevaluating my 8 lb loss goal for this month. While that would be WONDERFUL, I think a better one might be just to be under 120 lbs (8 lb loss would be at 118 lbs). Loss slows down SO much as the scale gets lower...
We are neck and neck again! 124.3 here! SUCH a good feeling! You're doing amazingly well still!
Thanks Kristi! I am training for a half marathon, and my runs are getting longer so I guess more calories are getting burned! I am also trying to get in some cross training. If it wasn't for the exercise I think this would be a lot slower!
Ugh back to 124.0 :/ I got all the way down to 116. My face looked awful but my hips finally slimmed all the way down. I think 118 may be my best weight.
