I got down to 130.5 but now I'm at 134.5 because I keep consisently going over my calories.
I was sticking to 1200 for like a year and now I started a new BC and I can't eat under 1500! I'm like forever hungry! I really want to get to a normal bmi and it looks like this BC won't let me so I'm discontinuing it after this month.
I want to stop being so hungry, it sucks constantly worrying about food.
Ladies, how many calories do you eat to lose weight and how tall are you?
I'm 4'11 and I was eating 1100-1200 but now I'm eating 1500 and not losing!
Hi! So I'm back in here, after falling off the bandwagon at 127. Life became too stressful and I stopped exercising, started binging on sugar etc. Gained and gained until hopped back on the scale at 133+. But now I'm back!
130.4 today, TOM weight coming off finally, and I can see some results from the recent efforts. Hoping to leave 130s soon again... and this time for good!!
Hi, everyone. Looks like this thread is pretty dead, but I'm joining anyway!
132.2 this morning. That is a new low (as an adult.) I've been hanging around 134 for a long while... my maintenance is 1600 calories without working out, so a meaningful deficit means 1100-1200. That is HARD for me.
125 is the target. 120 is the "dream" target. 115 is the lowest healthy weight for my height of 5'6".
I haven't been here for awhile myself. My low is 135.4 lbs, but I'm up two pounds morning. I had a mini fried food binge and wine last night. I stayed within maintenance calories but fried restauant food always does a number on me. It'll take a day or two to shed the water. I was hoping to get to 130 by Halloween but I dont think it's going to happen. The closer I get to goal, the more difficult it's become to shed. Plus my walking buddy hurt herself trail riding so no walking for two weeks. Excuses, excuses.....

132.4 this morning. 1300 calories yesterday, and I'm at 1300 today if I can zip my piggy lips until bedtime.
Today is a "fasting" day, too (I'm an Orthodox catechumen, no meat eggs or dairy on Weds and Fri) and I always have a harder time keeping portions small when so much of it is starch.
Plugging along. Had a really bad week with pizza, cupcakes, bagels... hit 135, of which math tells me half is fat. So I went for a run this morning, which I needed to restart anyway.
I feel so much better throughout the day when I wake up and run.
I'm down to 134.2, just 4.2 away from my first goal and 1.8 from this month's goal. I ate around maintenance for three days and the weight started to come off after sticking to a 500-cal deficit almost every day. I get into the habit of a 500-cal deficit and never raise it once in awhile......wrong answer! My body doesn't like it and gets super efficient. I didn't weigh today because I ate/drank before I remembered. I'm going to continue to throw the maintenance days in and see how it goes. I've been at this for 16 months and still have over 10 pounds to go, but the body wants to keep it.

Hi everyone - losing about 2 lb/week. The interesting thing is I started to eat carbs for lunch and still losing weight. I was so convinced that carbs are absolutely not gonna let me lose weight at the good speed, but I think my body don't mind it. I am zig zagging my calories: under 1,000 Mon - Fri and over 2,000 Sat and Sun - on average works out 1,200-1,300 cal ans i always eat a lot and have my wine on weekend.
Hi stronggal! I only have a few pounds left to lose and it is slooooooooow work, but that's okay. I think the less you have to lose, the more difficult it becomes for many reasons. Anyway, I'm still in the 130s but hoping to be out by Christmas
