thank you! OMG the cauliflower crust pizza was so delcious, although I have yet to update that link in my blog. I saw someone on Instagram post pics of their pizza, which is what inspired me to try it.

Welcome KK!
Steady on 60.5 Random but I've gotten into bananas. I always thought they were bad for WL but now I'm not sure. They seem to be packed full of goodness and keep you pretty full. Thoughts?

I love eating a banana for breakfast - they make you feel so full! Otherwise, I get cranky and overeat at lunch.
I also love them for a pre-workout snack, about an hour before. Gives me so much energy!

There is a girl who cops a lot of hate on youtube called Freelee (The Banana Girl). Although I think she's a bit extreme, she lives in Byron Bay which is full of people following those new-hippie lifestyles. I do like Annie Jaffrey though who was inspired by Freelee.

(Eating a banana as I type lol)

Skittles! I was wondering about you this weekend, and about how your vaca went. Sounds like it was fun! There are so many great components to your plan. To paraphrase my Spongebob calendar page, I am confident in your ability to successfully succeed!

WOW some action on this thread, thanks peno777. I've been in the 130's for several weeks, but nobody else seemed to be here, so I didn't post. Glad to see someone posting WELCOME

Thanks for the welcome! At 137 now. It was so hard to get out of the 140s because I had plateaued... So far I am tearing through the upper 130's hopefully this will last!!

Hi! Wanted to introduce myself as well- just hit the 130's and I should be around the next month or so (hopefully no more than that, but hey, we'll see).

Scratch that whole next month or so thing. Apparently 139 is a very difficult number to run away from. Hello Plateau. Good thing I'm really enjoying this eating less thing and being healthy. Helps get over the mindset of this taking longer than I like to know it's just a forever change!

Chug a chugging along here in this echoingly empty thread! I think I have discovered that my "plateaus" are just between swooshes still. So even though it seems like a brick wall, it isn't at all- it's just a brief platform between falls.
In other news, I'm finally at a "healthy" BMI. On the old calculator. But on the new one still have 5 lbs to go! Just when I think I'm at a mini goal, there's a little wrinkle! But hey, all in the right direction!!
