Default New low.

Hit a new low of 126.8 yesterday. Which is so near my target 126.0. 😁
Now I have to learn to maintain rather than lose.

Hi Snowpup. I belong to the Maintainers' board on 3FC. Feel free to join us there. We can give you plenty of suggestions for maintaining, which is fundamentally a lot like losing. You just add back calories about 100 or so for a week or two at a time, and see where you get no net movement on the scale. Really important not to change the types of food you are eating, or the ratios of macronutrients (carb/protein/fat) for awhile, or the scale weight can fool you due to increased (or decreased) water and glycogen retention during that time.
