Ya'll are all doing so great! I have finally moved down some in between all my screw up days! 133.4 this morning! Woo hoo! 3.6 lbs until I see the 120s. We will see how long it takes me to get there.. because once I've left the 140s and hit the 130's it's been slow going ever since! I know I have less weight to lose so these vanity pounds are going to take a lot longer but really? lol.

That would be wonderful if you can get down to 130 by the end of the month. Everyone here is doing so well. I have a lot of catching up to do. I had a slip last night, but have been good all week and weekend. My weigh-in day is Friday. I'm hoping to have dropped down from 139, but am very happy to be in the 130's. It's been a while. I just don't get it! I had a planned cheat yesterday. My hubby and I went to McDonalds and had big macs and fries. I enjoyed every single bite. I weighed myself this morning to see how much damage I did and I'm down 1 and 1/2 lbs from yesterday. I weigh 137.25. I'm so happy. I'm only 1.25 lbs away from having a normal BMI. Yippee! I'm glad I cheated. Back to my diet today.
This decade is killing me. Hovering around 138.4-.6 (which I started February at). I increased cardio so I know that probably leads to some inflammation and I've been eating at only 200-500 below maintenance BUT SERIOUSLY!!!!! Plateau can go die in a hole.
Oookay! After bouncing for a long time in and out of the 130s, I think I'm finally (mainly) out. Weighed 128.6 today, which means under 130 for the fourth day in a row.

Congrats pigeon! I can't even imagine 120s now but… SEE YOU THERE because it'll happen.
I finally saw a drop today. 138.2, which isn't that great comparatively, but THANK GOD I saw something different because I was getting irritated with 138.4 and 138.6! And worried!
What do you know, dropping your calories helps you lose weight.
