Exercise always throws it higher. I'm going to continue with the exercise though, for stress and shape benefits. I was starting to like my shape, but I have been looking very bulgy and doughy since I stopped exercising.

Hunger - Yes! Onward and DOWNWARD!!!
Oh, I've got a bunch that need photoshopping, too! I'm looking at them, going "I don't look like that!" Hey, same thing happened this last week when I went legging shopping. Those dressing room mirrors are BRUTAL!

Good going on the calories! I haven't exercised all week, as I'm preparing for company, and am exceedingly slow, I mean careful, with the preparation. There will be vacuuming and mopping, though, so maybe that will help.

I don't think we should write our weights if we don't want to. Mine is higher than this time last week, which is unusual, and I may end up just straight-up water fasting tomorrow.

Congrats on the loss! Also on switching to something you feel is better for your health. I know I love anything lemon, but I've never seen one of those.

It's funny how we are getting annoyed with our weight! I didn't want to post mine either, but I'm trying to post every day. Gaining weight for no apparent reason makes me crazy. I just ate way too much, probably because I'm home alone and don't have my husband watching me inhale way too many calories

Know the feeling! I piled a plate full of unshelled peanuts the other day - I mean they were about to fall off the edge of a huge dinner plate - and I hoped hubby wasn't paying attention, lol.

I ran five miles yesterday to get back on track and walked four the day before. That helped. On Monday and Tuesday I didn't work out and gained two pounds. It's gone down a little with the exercise. This is definitely an incentive to work out more. We were off last week, so I was more motivated.

Hope everyone has had a great week!

Jen, that is some MAJOR running! I have run in the past, so four and five miles is nothing to sneeze at. I've run a few 5Ks (3.1 miles) and it dang near killed me! Did win one in my not-to-be mentioned age group.

Kifli, it takes so much strength to do 1200 calories a day - and it certainly paid off! Congrats on the loss, and on your resolve. We are successful when we find what works for us.

Waist: 31
Hips: 35.5

2/20?/15

Chest: 33.5
Waist: 28.75
Hips: 34.5

Amazing! I took a couple more, that I'll put here for posterity:

Forearm: 8.25
Wrist: 5.75

Still not sure of my fat percentage, but one reading said I hadn't changed at all, and still had a body fat percentage of 31%.
Measurements at last official weigh-in for February, 2/27/15:

Chest: 33.25
Waist: 29
Hips: 33 & 7/8 (33.87?)

Official weigh-in (probably going to be earlier in the week from now as, as Sunday is no longer an Up Day): Friday, 2/20 - 111.8

2/22 - 118.3 (weekend food baby PLUS wet hair, lol); 2/23 - 116.7; 2/24 - 115.6
2/25 - 115.2 (800 calories, same for two previous days each)

2/26 - 114.1 (Total fast, except for cup of coffee with one TBL. heavy cream, vacuumed and mopped whole house, which was first exercise of the week)

2/27 - Official weigh-in weight: 111.4 (First weigh-in of the day: 112.3. Jogged/walked for two hours, including over 300 jumping jacks during commercials. Got up before 7 a. m. and did not reach goal until after 1:30 p. m.! Will be adding more exercise next week, and taking vitamins with regular meals four days a week, thus only adding 200 calories for a fifth day of morning vitamins, when I eat my main meal in the evening and don't want to take energizing vitamins then. )

Calories for Friday and Saturday: 3000+ calories each day.
